We were ICS before ICS was NIMS

O'Brien's has been a national leader in Incident Command System application and training since the mid-1980s. We trained thousands of response professionals and have implemented the ICS tens of thousands of times in events large and small. ICS was adopted by the Department of Homeland Security as the National Incident Management System (NIMS) in 2004, making our years of experience and whole-hearted commitment to this system invaluable to our government clients.
