Simple web access to any type of plan

Using a very simple and intuitive browser interface users can access plans via the web. A hyperlinked table of contents allows users to navigate plan contents.

ePlanPro® handles all types of data elements including diagrams, maps and other graphics. When a change applies to multiple plans or multiple agencies, ePlanPro® automatically applies that change to all applicable plans and agencies. With ePlanPro®, dynamically managed plans are available online to all authorized users. Additionally, plans can be downloaded to local computers or memory sticks as PDFs.

Track previous plan versions automatically

ePlanPro® provides clients with an electronic version history for each plan in the system. If you need to revert to a previous version of a plan you simply view the historical record of the version and select the rollback icon.

Manage contacts across planning enterprise

ePlanPro® makes contact management simple. Contacts are entered into the system one time. Using a simple interface the contact can be shared across locations and plans. When a change is made to the contact, the system makes the change in every plan that contact was referenced.

Integrated email notices to plan subscribers

ePlanPro® leverages the web to provide email based plan distribution. Through a simple check in and approval process, plans are reviewed, published to the web, and emailed to subscribers.

The final step in the plan check in process is to send a notification to plan subscribers alerting them to new plan changes. You have the option of sending them just the sections of the new plan that were changed.

Robust plan formatting and printing

ePlanPro® provides simple but sophisticated plan printing capabilities. Users can print the entire plan, individual sections, or the differences between versions. All plans are printed to Adobe PDF to allow simple electronic viewing and distribution. With flexible plan template design, ePlanPro® can print highly formatted documents. Integrated compliance calendar

This integrated compliance calendar has robust task management features allowing customers to proactively schedule and track critical events. With the compliance calendar feature, customers can associate tasks for individual plans, facilities, or personnel and generate reports documenting regulatory-driven compliance tasks. A standard calendar interface allows plan managers to view upcoming tasks by day, month or year.
